The member is solely responsible for all activities conducted through their account. 7ze77 is not liable for any loss resulting from a security breach if the member disclosed their credentials through their own negligence.

7ze77 may request identity verification from members as needed. This process may require submission of a national ID card, birth certificate, or passport copy. Additional documents may also be requested to verify ownership of a payment method.

Withdrawals may be put on hold if verification is not completed in time. All verification data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties — please see our privacy policy for details.

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds into your 7ze77 account: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks).

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.
• The deposit method and account holder must be the same person — deposits made in a third party's name are not accepted.

• Withdrawal processing may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

• 7ze77 reserves the right to verify withdrawals as needed.

7ze77 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus — bringing your total balance to ৳2,000. Or if you deposit ৳22,000, you will receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus — bringing your total balance to ৳32,000.

Before withdrawing bonus winnings, wagering requirements must be met: you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawal.

• The bonus applies only once per account.
• If the deposited amount is withdrawn after accepting the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• 7ze77 reserves the right to modify or cancel the bonus program at any time.
• The bonus applies only to members aged 21 or above.

7ze77's VIP program has five tiers, each offering cashback benefits:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.2%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.5%

Progression through VIP tiers depends on active participation on the platform. 7ze77 reserves the right to modify VIP benefit terms and members will be notified in advance.

Slots, fishing games, casino table games, and sports betting are available on the 7ze77 platform. All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures impartiality and fairness.

• If a technical error occurs during gameplay, 7ze77 reserves the right to void the affected round.
• Winnings obtained through any software bug or error will not be considered valid.
• If the internet connection is lost during a game, the bet may be counted as processed.
• Using automated software or bots to play games is strictly prohibited.

The following conditions apply when placing bets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be unilaterally changed or cancelled.
• If a match or event does not take place or is abandoned midway, the bet will be settled in accordance with standard rules.
• Competition results will be determined based on announcements from official sources or the relevant sports authority.
• 7ze77 reserves the right to investigate and verify suspicious or unusual betting activity.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7ze77 platform, and if detected, the account will be immediately terminated:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using an account in someone else's name or on their behalf
• Using automation software, bots, or scripts
• Using artificial or coordinated betting strategies to meet bonus requirements
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Cyber attacks or hacking attempts on the system
• Registering under a false identity or providing fraudulent information

In the case of permanent self-exclusion, the account cannot be reactivated. Any verified balance remaining in the closed account will be returned, however active bonuses will be cancelled.
